Hi .... Thank you for your unsubscribe request from the
              catalyst hosted email lists you have joined. We send out a
              monthly reminder with details of how you can do this that
              includes what lists you are on and what passwords are to be
              used to unsubscribe. To assist our volunteer efforts we ask
              list members to have a go at doing this themselves, its not
              too hard really :) You could also try contacting the person
              who directly administers that particular list, the can be
              emailed at listname-owner@cat.org.au for example
              Critical-Mass-Sydney-News-owner@cat.org.au or
              ecoliving-education-owner@cat.org.au But if for any reason you
              feel unable to do this please forward the reminder to me and I
